This apartment complex was built in the Old Portuguese style, with 'calçada' vehicle-free streets, beautiful gardens and a total of 20 apartments. Facilities on offer to guests include a children's playground, a café/bar with games and several restaurants as well as a variety of snack bars. There is a supermarket on site and the premises have a security guard and free parking facilities. There are studios available in the main building or in the Old Village Prestige section.
