Staff very friendly and efficient.
Room heating system was not working on our arrival.
Good restaurants nearby, if you can locate them.

Great value for money - paid £76 for 3 nights for 2 adults and one child. Separate bedroom with twin beds, small kitchen with a couple of rings. Nice balcony overlooking pool and with sea view too. Breakfast was good value at 5 euros per adult with plenty of choice. All clean, staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms could do with some money spending to update furniture etc, but definitely no complaints bearing in mind the price!

Close to all ameneties and main part of Santa ponsa only 5 min walk.
Beach a few minutes walk, also childrens park. Restaurants a few minutes walk and bars and clubs 5 to 10.

It was a beautiful hotel, fantastic location too. This was actually the nicest hotel i have ever stayed in, incredibly clean. Brilliant indoor pool, great when it rained. perfect for families.
lots of things to do, beach, shops, eating out and just a short bus ride into Palma.

Have stayed in this hotel twice and have found the service excellent and its location is great too. Very clean and has a nice mixture of guests from all countries.

A very pleasant hotel overlooking a rocky bay. Very nice pool and bar well maintained gardens made a very pleasing outlook - The recent refurb seems to have just been the bathroom. Unfortunately the kitchen and general furniture were a little 1980s style and tired. The beach was rocky and a little tricky to get to but the swimming was very good in a delightful sheltered cove. Staff were very helpful and the buffet food was fairly high standard. generally a quiet location in a mixed residential coastal area. Would suit couples and families, I would definitely return to this hotel.

en general, es un buen hotel
las instalaciones del hotel son adecuadas, el personal es amable y gentil, es una lástima que la playa que está junto al hotel este en tan malas condiciones.
lo muy negativo que hemos encontrado en el hotel, es que las camas principales no son nada cómodas y desde luego que en las camas secundarias(sofá) es imposible dormir en ellas, debido a ello, mis hijos y yo hemos dormido en suelo toda nuestra estadía.
mejorar las camas.

me parecio un hotel desde fuera tenia que estar bien y he acertado , mi familia disfrutaron lo pasamos muy bien . No me quejo del lugar en que esta situado , esta en el centrico, es acogedor.
Staff very friendly and efficient.
hotel and facilities excellent, pool great for kids, staff very pleasant, only downside rooms look dated. Enjoyed three day stay.
