    Good breakfast

    King size bed was actually two singles pushed together, shower was nice but cold on the second morning, not enough lighting in the room, location is ok but Olympia tube is a bit of a hassle to get to.

    Shopping on Kensington High Street, all museums on Exhibition Road.

    Had booked double room with continental breakfast but was offered twin room with full english breakfast Seemed tpooohave been a mix up with bookings. This was communicated very professionally and efficiently.

    Minor point. The hotel bar is modern but a bit soulless to sit and have a drink in. Onthe saturday night there was sport being shown on both screens with no sound. I understand that noise shouldn't be blaring out across the bar area but the alternative seems to defeat the concept of a 'sports bar' approach.

    Helpfull check in. Good value for money

    The fridge was so full of mini bar products that it did not allow any other use. Also I would expect that internet access would be included in the price. I never tried any hotel food, so I can not express any opinion. The hotel staff in the reception was quite polite and helpful. Last but not least I would prefer a non carpeted room. Generally I enjoyed my staying considering the money it cost me (about 120 euros per night).

    My son and myself did appreciate staying at this hotel. We like it as much as the area.
