Huatulco is een gemeente in de staat Oaxaca, in Mexico, vermaard om haar negen baaien waar toeristen uit de hele wereld naar toe komen.
De stad ligt aan de voet van het gebergte Sierra Madre del Sur, met rijk beboste heuvels. In de dalen stromen mooie rivieren, zoals de Coyula, San Agustín en Copalita. De stranden zijn van wit zand en het water is smaragdgroen, kristalhelder en heerlijk warm. In drie van de negen beroemde baaien vindt u uitstekende voorzieningen: in Bahía de Santa Cruz, waar het dorp en de haven liggen; Bahía de Tangolunda, waar de meest luxueuze hotels liggen; en Bahía Chahué, met goede hotels en restaurants.

Op het hoofdplein bevinden zich de kerk Santa María de la Concepción en de oude markt. U kunt ook de stierenarena bezoeken of een excursie maken naar de koffieboerderijen.
