        La atención del personal de la recepción. Fueron amabilisimos. La ubicación. Inmejorable, en pueblo precioso. Zaandam. Absolutamente recomendable. Tiendas y cafeterías a mano. Nada más salir del hotel Cercanía a la estación Muy bien comunicado con las zonas de interés turístico (Amsterdam, los molinos, etc.)

        Demasiado austero. No había cajones en ningun mueble. Sin un lugar donde dejar la maleta. Todo encajado. Armario demasiado pequeño para tres personas. Estuvimos dos noches y en ningún momento pasaron a hacer limpieza, ni a cambiar toallas. Mucho calor en la habitación. Demasiado caro para lo que se ofrece

        The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming - they even brought me a birthday card and gave it to me! The room was extremely clean and the bed was so comfy. The shower was also really nice.

        There was no free hot water for the rooms which I found really odd and unfair.
