  Just come back from a long weekend in Amsterdam. I've stayed in a lot of hotels around the world, this hotel goes out of it's way to make sure all it's guests are looked after. We had a room with a view of the canal, I cannot find fault anywhere. The staff are amazing & a credit to the hotel, with a special mention to young man called Nigel, you are a total credit to the hotel. we will be back again soon. great location easy access to everything, main tram, bus, & rail station across the road, & if you like to walk easy walking distance to everywhere. Thank you all.

  1. The room was cute and comfortable 2. Excellent location. I felt comfortable and relaxed while staying here. 3. Room was kept clean when asked 4. Staff were helpful when asked, otherwise they did not pester. 5. I would stay again

  1. €19.50 per person, per day for breakfast is unfair 2. Carpet was threadbare at points in the room 3. No fridge other than minibar 4. Decor appeared dated 5. No clear indication why this hotel has 5* rating 6. Only some rooms were updated 7. I expected more for the price I paid.

  Excellent hotel! Have stayed there 5 times and now wouldn't stay anywhere else in Amsterdam! Staff are excellent and nothing is too much Trouble. Rooms are all unique and spotless. Highly recommend!

  No es un 5* desde luego, al menos para el canon español Las habitaciones necesitan una actualización, al menos la nuestra con un olor a humedad que mataba y escaleras para subir al baño ... Oscura y anticuada , un 3* como mucho

  It is branded as 5 star but the rooms and corridors are nearer 2 star. The only thing 5 star is the price

  This is a lovely hotel. It is well laid out inside, has a beautiful lobby and bar area, is in a great location and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Everything you would expect from a hotel of this star level.

  Our room has a wooden floor and was on two levels i.e. you had to go up a few stairs to the bathroom. We asked to be moved but this didn't happen for 2 of our 3 nights as the hotel was fully booked. Also the double bed in the room was tiny. We did move for the last night though. The room was great, everything on a level floor. Also carpet on the floor and a large bed. Staff were very accommodating throughout.
